RTC-OnDemand 3.19.1

RTC-OnDemand is the new transit program by Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) offering on-demand shared services to residents of Southern Nevada, including paratransit customers. This service provides riders with the convenience of scheduling their RTC bus within the RTC-OnDemand zone.

How it works:

• Paratransit customers within the RTC-OnDemand zone can request their same-day ride via the mobile app to travel within the specified zone or anywhere in the broader RTC service area.
• Non-paratransit customers can access rides within the RTC-OnDemand zone by booking through the mobile app. This includes transportation to businesses, residences, and RTC bus stops for connections outside the zone.

RTC-OnDemand is an expansion of RTC's existing residential transit system, currently catering primarily to the southwest region of Las Vegas Valley and West Henderson. The service operates daily from 4 a.m. to 1:45 a.m. and follows the same fare structure as other RTC transit services, commencing at $2 for fixed-route trips and $3 for paratransit journeys. The vehicles are ADA-accessible, accommodating up to 12 passengers and are equipped with complimentary WiFi access and three bike racks.
